Our Products

By purchasing any of our products you are supporting traditions of craft that have been practiced in India for centuries. All our products are produced in small batches to the highest standards and are designed to last for generations. We stand by our work and guarantee that each piece is free from defects in workmanship and materials and will perform under normal use and conditions.

Variation in natural markings, texture, and figure are intentional characters of each material and are not considered defects. While we strive to achieve perfection in all pieces, each pieces is made by hand and each translates a unique story by the maker. Hence small irregularities in 2 same products are celebrated in our house and not considered defects.

Placing an Order

  • You can use plastic – Credit or Debit – and pay through our payment gateway. Or you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (only available in India) option at an additional Rs.100. We accept both Indian and non-Indian cards. If, for some reason, your payment doesn’t go through, please write to us at [email protected] and we’ll help with alternative modes of payment.
  • Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. We work hard to get your products dispatched ASAP so would appreciate an early heads up. For all canceled orders, your refund will be processed through mode of original payment within 30 days.
  • Our pieces are made in limited quantities. We sell out fast, but aim to restock even faster. If the piece you want is sold out, sign up to hear when it’s restocked. Or write to us on the contact us page.
 

Shipping

       SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

  • All domestic orders will be processed within 3 to 4 (business) days from the date of purchase. We will  ensure that the orders are delivered within 7-10 working days after the order is processed. There might be a delay in the delivery of the order based on your location and accessibility. 
  • Once we ship you will receive an email with the tracking details.
  • We ship throughout the week except Weekends and Public holidays. 
  • Our orders are shipped through reputed shipping partners to ensure that the product reaches you in good condition within the given time frame.
  • We do not cover for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. For smooth delivery experience, please make sure your address and contact details are accurate.
  • Our products are made to last , so the changes of breaking while shipping  are slim. However if the case does arise please send us and email on [email protected] within 7 days and we will look into it.

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

  • We ship to all postal locations worldwide. If you face a problem entering your address while checkout please write to us at [email protected].
  • International shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout as per your postal code.
  • International orders will be processed just as domestic within 3 to 4 (business) days from the date of the purchase. 
  • We hope you receive your order at the earliest. But this depends on your location. However in our experience international orders are usually delivered within 15 days.
  • Some countries levy taxes, customs fees, and/or other duties when goods are imported in. These charges are typically determined at the point of entry of the package and must be paid before you can receive it. In these cases, all applicable clearances fees and delays are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not cover for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. For a smooth delivery experience, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

Return

  • If an order with us needs to be cancelled for any reason, you will need to contact us within 7 days from date of delivery. Please write to us with pictures and explaining in detail the defect.
  • Products must be returned as they were delivered and boxed or sufficiently protected for transport to our workshop.
  • Please note that the product can only be returned for refunds if it is unused with price tag, shipping material and tax invoice intact.
  • After we are contacted and have reviewed the request, we will make a determination on the viability of the return and provide a response within 7 working days.
  • Authorisation for a return will be based on the criteria listed above and a careful understanding of the problem, cause of damage, condition of the product, or reason for the return.
  • Refund for your order, will be processed within 10 working days from the date of the return received to the original source of payment.
  • For cash on delivery of domestic orders refund will be initiated within 10 working days, once the bank details are received from the customer.
